As a former ballerina turned fitness trainer, I am on a mission to share my love of strength training & movement.
I spent years battling eating disorders, negative self-talk, and body dysmorphia. Everything changed when I started lifting weights and moving my body to take care of it, not because I hated how I looked. I started to see that food was fuel and that I could create a balanced, healthy mindset when it came to nutrition.
